Who can use the lab?
VRlandia is a space open to all Georgia Tech students and faculty, free of charge. However, all users must be affiliated with a GT Faculty member who is also a member of the VRlandia Community. Contact a VRlandia member for more information.
Where is VRlandia located? VRlandia is located in the JS Coon Psychology building at Georgia Tech. The main VRlandia suite of rooms is identified as room B77. Additional spaces include B72 (driving simulator) and G48 (BabySIM, Haptics lab, etc.), plus other lab spaces provided by VRlandia Community members. The address of the JS Coon Psychology building is 654 Cherry St NW, Atlanta, GA 30332.
What equipment is available in the lab? We have various equipment from desktops, headsets, trackers, and more. Please ask us, since the inventory is always growing…and you can check out the Resources page to see all the equipment currently inventoried in the lab.
